Warning - NO Smoking

RESIDENTS and your guests. There have been a number of reports of violations of the smoking policy. Residents must comply with the policy and use the designated smoking areas only. Starting Monday August 3, 2020 smoking fines will be assessed. This notice serves as a first warning to all residents.
(paper notice was delivered to each unit).

NO Smoking: New smoking rules. Use designated areas for smoking: Outside of buildings, 20 ft from entrance ways. Inside of the Bar-b-que gazebos or within 4' of the outside of gazebos. Failure to comply with this Rule XVII section D will result in an assessment of $100 for the first occurrence and $200 for each subsequent failure to comply.

Community living

We are a smoke free and pet free property. Highly populated by 55 and older residents. Smokers are limited to certain outdoor areas on property. For ADA accommodations please visit the office.

Smoking is only allowed in the BBQ pit area and 4' around it.

If you smoke inside your unit, it must be contained within your unit.

Let's try to conserve! Our electric bill is paid by all of us.

We invite you to participate in our energy conservation plan. The plan simply entails turning off lights and replacing burned out bulbs with L.E.D. bulbs.

Be mindful of the A/C controls when away; do you adjust it when you leave?
